CBRE Energy & Sustainability (E&S) Group (London) is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to oversee the delivery of sustainability consulting projects to major investors and occupiers across Europe the Middle East and Africa.
 
The growing E&S group is part of our Global Corporate Services division and is currently supporting a number of high profile corporate clients and investors with sustainability reporting, compliance, risk mitigation, implementation and strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities  
You will lead on client relationship management, business development, and delivery. A self–starter you will work with the Head of Sustainability Consulting and a team of Analysts to both secure and deliver a range of sustainability consulting projects in the Real Estate sector. Consulting projects include the delivery of real estate sustainability strategies, delivering carbon compliance, and implementing energy efficiency initiatives.
The role is within the E&S team in central London, where you will be responsible for a range of projects and clients. 
 
Requirements
 
Essential:
• Educated to degree level
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing a small to medium sized team 
• Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Working knowledge of environmental legislation including the CRC & MEPs, plus experience of delivery of and voluntary carbon
• Proven business development capability
• Advanced computing skills including word, excel, PowerPoint and access
• Experience of and affinity for working with large, complex datasets to identify trends & provide insightful analysis
• Interest in working with property managers to ensure energy efficiency measures are installed
• Passion for managing and reducing carbon emissions in the real estate sector
 
Desirable:
• Prior experience in strategy consulting & advanced financial modelling
